Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing subscriptions, booking pickups, or using Wastix waste collection services.

Important Notice

Wastix generally follows a strict no refund policy for subscriptions, scheduled pickups, operational bookings, workforce registrations, and completed service payments.

Once a payment is successfully completed, it is considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

1. No Refund In Normal Cases

Refunds are not applicable for normal operational situations including but not limited to:

  • ✔ Change of mind after payment
  • ✔ Unused subscription days
  • ✔ Customer unavailability during scheduled pickup
  • ✔ Delay caused by customer-side issues
  • ✔ Partial use of subscription services
  • ✔ Incorrect booking details provided by customer
  • ✔ Service cancellation requested after operational scheduling

2. Exceptional Refund Situations

In rare cases where a major issue occurs directly from the company side, Wastix management may internally review the matter and decide whether any partial or full refund is appropriate.

Such situations may include:

  • ✔ Duplicate payment caused by technical error
  • ✔ Confirmed operational failure from Wastix side
  • ✔ Service unavailable in booked area after payment confirmation
  • ✔ Verified billing system issues

All such requests are reviewed individually by the Wastix support and management team. Refund approval is completely at company discretion.

3. Refund Review Process

If a customer believes there is a genuine company-side issue, they may contact Wastix support with complete transaction details and supporting information.

Our team will investigate the request internally before making a final decision.

  • ✔ Review timelines may vary depending on case complexity
  • ✔ Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval
  • ✔ Management decisions will be considered final

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved by Wastix management, processing time may vary depending on payment method, banking systems, UPI providers, or third-party payment gateways.

Wastix is not responsible for delays caused by banking partners or payment service providers.

5. Fraudulent Claims

Any fraudulent refund claims, payment disputes with false information, chargeback abuse, or intentional misuse of services may result in account suspension, legal reporting, or permanent service restrictions.

6. Policy Updates

Wastix reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice depending on operational, legal, or business requirements.
