Wastix generally follows a strict no refund policy for subscriptions, scheduled pickups, operational bookings, workforce registrations, and completed service payments.
Once a payment is successfully completed, it is considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

In rare cases where a major issue occurs directly from the company side, Wastix management may internally review the matter and decide whether any partial or full refund is appropriate.

If a customer believes there is a genuine company-side issue, they may contact Wastix support with complete transaction details and supporting information.
Our team will investigate the request internally before making a final decision.
If a refund is approved by Wastix management, processing time may vary depending on payment method, banking systems, UPI providers, or third-party payment gateways.
Wastix is not responsible for delays caused by banking partners or payment service providers.
Any fraudulent refund claims, payment disputes with false information, chargeback abuse, or intentional misuse of services may result in account suspension, legal reporting, or permanent service restrictions.
Wastix reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice depending on operational, legal, or business requirements.
