By accessing or using Wastix services, website, mobile communication channels, subscriptions, or pickup services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
Wastix provides doorstep waste collection, recycling solutions, industrial waste management, commercial waste pickup, e-waste disposal, and related environmental services across selected cities in India.
Service availability may vary depending on operational zones, weather conditions, local authority restrictions, public holidays, or technical issues.
Subscription plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Collection schedules, waste limits, and pricing may vary depending on location and service category.
Customers must not provide hazardous, illegal, explosive, toxic, flammable, biomedical, radioactive, or restricted waste materials unless specifically approved by Wastix under separate agreements.
Wastix reserves the right to refuse collection of unsafe or unauthorized materials.
While Wastix aims to provide timely pickups, service timing may occasionally be affected due to traffic, weather, operational challenges, strikes, government restrictions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated pickup times are approximate and not guaranteed in all situations.
Payments made through the website, UPI, bank transfer, wallet, or subscription systems must be completed successfully before service activation.
Users agree to provide accurate information while booking pickups, subscriptions, or partnerships. Customers are responsible for proper waste segregation where applicable.
Users must not misuse, copy, disrupt, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to Wastix systems, website infrastructure, or operational services.
Individuals or businesses joining Wastix as collection partners, contractors, or workforce members operate under separate agreements and operational guidelines.
Wastix may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate partnerships at its sole discretion if operational standards, legal requirements, or ethical policies are violated.
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, source code, service materials, and digital assets belong to Wastix and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or misuse of Wastix materials is strictly prohibited.
Wastix shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, delays, interruptions, data loss, operational downtime, environmental conditions, or damages resulting from misuse of services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers use the services at their own discretion and responsibility.
Wastix may collect customer information required for service operations, communication, support, analytics, and service improvements.
