1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only for prepaid service packages purchased through our official platform wastix.in.
• Refunds will be processed only if the service has not yet been availed or initiated.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

2. Deductions

In case of approved refunds, Wastix will deduct:

• Payment gateway processing charges (non-refundable).
• Applicable government taxes (non-refundable).

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If the service has already been delivered or partially availed.
• If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
• For promotional, discounted, or special packages clearly marked as non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
