1. Waste must be sorted and properly packaged before collection.
2. Wastix is not responsible for collecting hazardous waste or prohibited materials.
3. We only collect normal household waste and strictly prohibit the collection of illegal, hazardous, or sensitive waste (such as chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, medical waste, etc.).
4. If any customer attempts to dispose of illegal or sensitive waste, Wastix reserves the right to take legal action against the violator.
5. Payments must be made in advance for monthly subscriptions.

7. We reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment or violation of terms.
